Shipping Policy
A few things to keep in mind:
- Residential addresses only. DHL does not deliver to P.O. boxes, and a signature is required upon delivery.
- Shipping to a business? Please include the company name before your name on the shipping address.
- Stock availability. While we do our best to keep inventory accurate, occasional sell-outs happen. If an item in your order is unavailable, we'll notify you by email right away.
- Holidays & promotions. During Balinese national holidays and sale events, deliveries may take a little longer. Thank you for your patience.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping fee. These charges vary depending on your country and order value, and are collected by the carrier upon delivery — they are the customer's responsibility.
A few important notes:
- All international shipments include a commercial invoice declaring the full purchase value. We are unable to mark orders as "gifts" to reduce customs fees.
- If you refuse a shipment, you'll be responsible for the original shipping charges as well as any return fees incurred to get the parcel back to us.
- Lemon Chic is not liable for damage caused during shipping or handling by third-party couriers.
Countries We Currently Don't Ship To
Due to international restrictions, we are unable to ship to: Azerbaijan, Brazil, Qatar, Russia, and Syria.
