By shopping with Lemon Chic, you agree to our return policy below. We reserve the right to refuse returns that fall outside these terms.


The Basics

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of your order date.
  • Please review our terms below before submitting a return request.
  • Wait for return authorization before sending anything back — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Approved returns are eligible for either an exchange for the same item or an online store credit.
  • Our online store and physical flagship stores operate as separate entities. Returns or exchanges cannot be crossed between the two.


Sizing Help

We know online shopping can be tricky, so we've included a sizing chart on every product page as a guide. All sizing follows the standardized measurements, though fit may vary slightly depending on the cut, design, and fabric of each piece.

How to Return

  1. Email us first. Send your return request to info@lemonchic.id with your order number and reason for return. For faulty items or manufacturing defects, please include photos and a detailed description.
  2. Wait for approval. Once your return is accepted, we'll email you with return instructions.
  3. Pack it up. Items must be returned in original, unused, and sellable condition with all tags and packaging attached.
  4. Ship it back. All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Returns are sent at your own risk — Lemon Chic is not liable for parcels lost in transit.
  5. We'll confirm receipt. You'll get an email from us once your return arrives.


Store Credit Terms

  • Store credit equals the cash value of the returned item(s). Shipping fees are not refunded.
  • Credits are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
  • Credits can only be used in one transaction and apply to online purchases only.
  • No cash refunds are issued.

All sale items are FINAL — no returns, no exchanges. Please choose carefully.
