We ship across Indonesia via J&T Express and worldwide via DHL Express, with care taken to get your order to you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know.

International

Free shipping on orders over USD 300 or the equivalent in other currencies.
Delivered in 5–8 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number by email. You can track your package anytime at J&T tracking page and DHL tracking page.

Shipping Policy

A few things to keep in mind:

Residential addresses only. DHL does not deliver to P.O. boxes, and a signature is required upon delivery.
Shipping to a business? Please include the company name before your name on the shipping address.
Stock availability. While we do our best to keep inventory accurate, occasional sell-outs happen. If an item in your order is unavailable, we'll notify you by email right away.
Holidays & promotions. During Balinese national holidays and sale events, deliveries may take a little longer. Thank you for your patience.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping fee. These charges vary depending on your country and order value, and are collected by the carrier upon delivery — they are the customer's responsibility.

A few important notes:

All international shipments include a commercial invoice declaring the full purchase value. We are unable to mark orders as "gifts" to reduce customs fees.
If you refuse a shipment, you'll be responsible for the original shipping charges as well as any return fees incurred to get the parcel back to us.
